Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced Project Director in clinical trials, focused on oncology. You will oversee global studies, guide project managers, and contribute to business development while maintaining client relationships.

The position is offered fully remote from the UK, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Romania, or Slovakia, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, risk management, quality oversight, and senior leadership collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical research with 5+ years in project management, oncology experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing highly complex and global studies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of clinical trials across portfolios, ensuring consistency.
• Provide direction to project managers on initiation, planning, execution and closing.
• Manage study budgets, scope, and change orders to meet objectives.
• Monitor profitability, billable hours and forecasting.
• Develop robust project plans with risk, change and timeline controls.
• Ensure quality management and inspection readiness (eTMF, CAPAs).
• Lead internal and client meetings, report KPIs and prepare status updates.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to SOP updates and continuous improvement.
• Support business development and Bid Defense activities as needed.
