Job summary

Euroclear Group Technology Services seeks a Network Engineer to join the team responsible for daily network operations, design, and project delivery. You will help configure and maintain production infrastructure, focusing on security review and automation integration.

The role requires experience with security devices, SDN/Cisco ACI, Infoblox DNS, and F5 load balancing, plus strong problem-solving and English fluency. A permanent placement in a fast-paced environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration of Algosec Security Suite.
• Degree in Computer Science or Certifications in Network Technologies (preferred).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the field or related areas.
• Experience in Network Security Management Systems Palo Alto, Checkpoint.
• Good knowledge of routing and switching (BGP, ISIS, OSPF, VRF, MPLS, GRE, IPSEC, ...).
• Understanding TCP/IP, DNS (Infoblox), QoS.
• Experience with Infoblox, F5, Cisco ISE technologies.
• Experience in SDN/Cisco ACI/EPG management is a plus.
• Analytical problem solving; ability to develop in Python for automation.
• Excellent customer service skills; fast learner; team player.
• Fluent in English (French/Dutch a plus).

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and support network infrastructure (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Panorama, Infoblox, F5).
• Review, implement, and enhance network environment.
• Maintain documentation of network implementations.
• Troubleshoot network systems and support projects.
• Provide network project support for upgrades and new initiatives.
• Deliver required infrastructure for business projects and documentation.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and upgrades on network systems.
• Maintain configuration management and monitoring processes.
• Introduce automation and optimize current network implementation.
• Integrate Watch-Duty role and support weekend interventions.
