Job summary

Optiveum is recruiting a Network Segmentation SPOC for a banking-sector client. You will be the primary liaison between the programme and Application Owners, Providers and Teams, driving adoption of network segmentation controls across assigned applications.

Role requires 5+ years in IT delivery or cyber security, strong stakeholder and cross-functional leadership, and fluent English. Hybrid model with 75% remote, based in Poland (Warsaw/Gdańsk/Gdynia).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT project delivery or cyber security programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies.
• Understanding of network security concepts and segmentation.
• Proven workshop facilitation and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate requirements into implementation plans.
• Experience managing risks and delivery reporting in large programmes.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment to ensure adoption of network segmentation controls.
• Communicate DORA requirements, objectives, timelines and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate identification, validation and analysis of application communication flows and connectivity needs.
• Facilitate workshops to validate connectivity, requirements and readiness.
• Work with network engineers, security architects, infrastructure teams, risk management and application teams to implement segmentation.
• Coordinate application-specific segmentation plans with milestones and risk mitigation.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, issues, dependencies and compliance; escalate blockers.
• Support preparation and review of design documents, firewall changes, segmentation rulesets and governance artefacts.
• Ensure adherence to cyber security standards, segmentation principles and change management.
• Report progress, risk reduction and delivery metrics to governance forums.
