Job summary

Tieto is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer specializing in Messaging to join the Telecom Team for client BICS in Warsaw, Poland. You will provide support for SMS and related services, overseeing operational efficiency and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecom, mainly in Messaging, Signaling, or Roaming areas.
• Familiarity with Telecom technologies and ITU/ETSI standards.
• Good knowledge of SS7 / SIGTRAN, LTE, GSM call flows, and roaming scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for SMS, MMS, and SMS Firewall services.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement actions for repair efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate team activities when required.
