Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z oo is seeking an experienced Network Architect to bridge high-level design with robust security engineering across global LAN/WAN/WLAN and security domains.

You will own HLD/LLD, drive infrastructure optimization, and lead MSP collaborations. Strong Cisco/FortiGate expertise, CCNP or equivalent, and English proficiency are required for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-scale network and security design.
• Deep proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, STP and Cisco enterprise products.
• WAN/SD-WAN deployment, optimization, and advanced troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and develop enterprise-wide network and security infra across LAN/WAN/WLAN.
• Serve as primary technical consultant translating business needs into scalable HLD/LLD solutions.
• Enforce network security policies, Fortinet FW rules and secure remote access with global teams.
• Provide SME leadership to external MSP, validate LL designs, steer escalations (P1/P2).
• Drive IT processes and IaC initiatives within an Agile team.
