TeamQuest, a leading Polish IT infrastructure and HR consulting firm, is seeking a Network Architecture Expert to design enterprise‑class network solutions and cybersecurity architectures. You will lead presales activities, provide technical consulting, and translate business needs into robust reference architectures and detailed designs.

The role requires designing HA/DR solutions, working with Cisco/Fortinet technologies, and collaborating with vendors and project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years designing and implementing network solutions.
• Experience at an IT integrator, vendor, or large Enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center, Campus and WAN architectures.
• Design HA and DR solutions; routing, MPLS, EVPN/VXLAN, SD-WAN.
• Excellent ability to discuss technical topics with clients at architect level.

Responsibilities

• Design network solutions architecture for Data Center and cybersecurity.
• Participate in presales processes and provide technical consulting.
• Support sales during bidding as a solutions architect.
• Translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Prepare concepts, reference architectures and high/low level design docs.
• Draft technical proposals and respond to RFP/RFQ inquiries.
• Lead technical workshops, presentations and demonstrations.
• Choose technologies and vendors per client requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and project teams on complex solutions.
• Support implementation teams; diagnose and troubleshoot failures.
• Participate in migration and transformation projects (on-prem and hybrid).
• Build long-term client relationships as trusted technical advisor.
• Participate in trainings and maintain certifications; monitor market developments.
