Job summary

Luxoft in Kraków is seeking a senior .NET developer to join our client’s investment banking team and lead the build of a new data and application platform. You will replace a highly experienced developer, advise the team, and set technical direction and standards to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will work with clean code, agile practices, and back-end services, shaping RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and Databricks data pipelines, while mentoring peers through code reviews and

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a .NET developer (C#).
Proven ability to act as a technical lead and mentor a team.
Experience building platforms or major systems from the ground up.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs and agile practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET and C#.
Build and optimize data pipelines and workloads on Databricks.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes in Azure DevOps.
Advise and guide the team on architecture, design decisions, and best practices.
Mentor developers and raise the technical level through code reviews and pair programming.
Define and consume RESTful APIs with clear requirements across teams.
Translate business needs into robust technical solutions with clean code.
Write and maintain automated tests and participate in agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with QA, product managers, and architects to ensure high-quality deliveries.
Support and improve existing applications in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
