Job summary

Luxoft in Kraków is seeking a senior .NET developer to join our client’s investment banking team and lead the build of a new data and application platform. You will replace a highly experienced developer, advise the team, and set technical direction and standards to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a .NET developer (C#).
• Proven ability to act as a technical lead and mentor a team.
• Experience building platforms or major systems from the ground up.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET and C#.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and workloads on Databricks.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes in Azure DevOps.
• Advise and guide the team on architecture, design decisions, and best practices.
• Mentor developers and raise the technical level through code reviews and pair programming.
• Define and consume RESTful APIs with clear requirements across teams.
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions with clean code.
• Write and maintain automated tests and participate in agile ceremonies.
