What You’ll Do:

As a Dispatch Developer, you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing the courier delivery ecosystem. You’ll be working on a suite of microservices that power their Dispatch orchestrator, public API gateway, internal providers, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain a robust ecosystem of microservices for courier delivery.
• Own medium-to-high complexity features from concept to release, including requirements gathering, design discussions, and final implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions meet high standards of quality and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain coding standards within the team.
• Focus on software quality through tests, immutability, error handling, and other techniques to ensure reliability.
• Ensure seamless releases, high service level agreements (SLAs), and exceptional system compatibility.
• Implement monitoring tools to track application health, discover issues, and provide solutions.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our technology stack and architecture.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for an experienced C# .NET developer with a deep understanding of backend services and microservice architecture. Ideally, you’re someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about building scalable, high‑performance systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in C# .NET development, particularly in product‑driven companies.
• Proven experience with backend services and microservice architecture.
• Experience as a Tech Lead, Architect especially in startup environments (a big plus!).
• Strong background in designing, developing, and supporting public APIs (HTTP RESTful APIs).
• Expertise in distributed services with high throughput, low latency, and high availability.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, message brokers, caches, streams, and containers.
• Experience in event‑driven architecture and building scalable, reliable systems.
• Experience working in food / restaurant technology would be great.
• Ability to write clean, simple code that meets functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Bonus Experience:

• Prior experience with dispatching systems and algorithms.
• Experience in designing and building orchestrators or similar complex systems.
