Job summary

WealthArc, Inc. is seeking aSenior Backend Developer to own backend design and delivery on the Azure stack. You will design domain models, build robust REST APIs and guide architectural choices across systems.

You will collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps to deliver scalable, secure data processing workloads and AI-enabled features. Strong English and Polish are required, with a hybrid/remote setup in Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building backend apps with C#/.NET.
• Strong knowledge of C#/.NET and production-grade design.
• Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL, data modelling and query tuning.
• Solid REST API design, versioning and secure integrations.
• Practical experience with DDD, SOLID and design patterns.
• Experience with Azure App Service/Functions and service orchestration.
• Git with Azure DevOps/CI/CD and testable architecture.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting in production with logs.
• Experience with Redis caching and data consistency considerations.
• Professional English and Polish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using C#/.NET on Azure.
• Define domain models using DDD and clear component boundaries.
• Create APIs and data workflows with a focus on correctness and security.
• Make architectural decisions and evaluate trade-offs.
• Modernize existing solutions and improve architecture quality.
• Lead end-to-end topics from analysis to deployment and production.
• Diagnose production issues and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and other engineers.
• Mentor teammates through reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to engineering standards and practices.
