Job summary

Jit Team is seeking an experienced .NET/C# Backend Developer to join a large Polish e-commerce project. You will design, build, and optimize microservices and REST APIs, collaborating with product teams and architects to ensure high performance and reliability.

The role emphasizes code quality, mentorship, and continuous improvement in a fully remote setup covering Warsaw and Kraków. English at B2+ is required, with strong Azure, Git, and Kubernetes skills to scale a platform used by millions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with .NET / C#.
• Strong experience in backend development and API design.
• Practical experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Very good knowledge of Git.
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with performance analysis and optimization; code reviews and mentoring.
