WealthArc, Inc. is seeking a Backend Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable backend platforms on C#/.NET and Azure. You will own features end-to-end, from requirements and implementation through testing, deployment and monitoring.

The role emphasizes domain modeling with DDD, pragmatic architecture choices and the thoughtful use of AI tools to enhance software development. Strong English and Polish communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing backend applications with C#/.NET.
• Proficient in SQL Server/Azure SQL and data modelling.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and service integration.
• Practical understanding of DDD, SOLID and common design patterns.
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using C#/.NET on Azure.
• Model business domains using DDD and define contracts between components.
• Build and maintain APIs, integrations and financial data processing workflows.
• Ensure correctness, performance and reliability of solutions.
• Make pragmatic technical decisions and evolve architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and other engineers.
