Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior C# Azure Engineer to design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for clients and employees. You will apply diverse software engineering practices, build observability, and ensure quality, security, and reliability across solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in C#/.NET Core, Kafka, Kubernetes, React, and cloud architectures on Azure. Hybrid work in Poland with opportunities for remote work and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Experience with messaging platforms, ideally Kafka.
• Experience with containers, ideally Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in React.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with cloud architecture and engineering, ideally on Microsoft Azure (Kubernetes Service, Container Apps, App Service, Functions, Event Grid, and Service Bus).
• Knowledge of Agile, Test-Driven Development, and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Keen interest in understanding how the business works.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for clients and employees.
• Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs to automated testing and deployment.
• Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, and remediate root causes of risks.
• Ensure quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions.
• Share knowledge and contribute to engineering culture and internal communities.
• Work on initiatives to introduce service-based, event-driven architectures in Azure.
