Job summary

Sphera is seeking a seasoned Data Content Developer to design, build, and optimize data-driven software within our regulatory data platforms.

You will tackle complex data flows, write SQL, and contribute to scalable data-centric applications in a global environment. Strong C# skills and database experience are essential, with the ability to collaborate across regulatory teams. This role supports remote work from Poland or other locations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions within existing application frameworks.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable implementations.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and data transformation processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and data-related issues.
• Collaborate with regulatory analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Contribute to system enhancements, performance improvements, and ongoing product development initiatives.
• Participate in estimation, planning, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support the maintenance and evolution of large-scale regulatory data products.
