Job summary

GFT Technologies SE is seeking an experienced Senior .NET/Cloud engineer to design, build, and operate cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. You will develop scalable microservices, deploy on AKS, and drive automation with Docker, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.

You will work closely with architects and business stakeholders to ensure secure, high-performing solutions in a regulated environment, collaborating across teams and improving DevOps practices. Hybrid work from Kraków is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 8+.
• Experience deploying and operating solutions on AKS.
• Practical experience with Docker and Helm.
• Deep knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Functions, SQL, Storage and Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices and event-driven systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerization and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Azure networking, cloud architecture, scalability and high availability design.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab and automation tooling.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Openness to work hybrid from Kraków 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-native applications using C# and .NET 8+.
• Build and maintain microservices-based solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Deploy, manage and optimize applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Helm.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code and support DevOps practices.
• Design scalable, resilient cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on modernization initiatives.
• Support system integration and process automation projects.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews and architectural decisions.
