Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking an Expert .Net Consultant with Azure to join our hybrid team in Kraków. You will design and build cloud-native apps on Microsoft Azure, modernize legacy solutions, and drive automation initiatives.

You will work with engineering, architects and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable microservices on AKS, with Docker/Helm, CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 8+.
• Experience designing, deploying and operating solutions on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Practical experience with Docker and Helm.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage and Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices and event-driven systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerization and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Azure networking, cloud architecture, scalability and high-availability design.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab and automation tooling.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Openness to work hybrid from our client's office (Kraków) 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-native applications using C# and .NET 8+.
• Build and maintain microservices-based solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Deploy, manage and optimize applications running on AKS.
• Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Helm.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code and support DevOps best practices.
• Design scalable, resilient and highly available cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application modernization initiatives.
• Support system integration and process automation projects.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews and architectural decisions.
