Job summary

Evolution is seeking a skilled motion designer to craft high-quality animations that enhance gameplay and UI across multiple sites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into engaging visual stories, ensuring assets meet brand standards and delivery timelines.

Ideal candidates bring a strong portfolio, 3+ years’ experience, a degree in animation or related design field, and proficiency in After Effects, with experience using Jira and Figma in agile environments.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in motion design or a similar creative role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful motion graphics and animation work.
Bachelor’s degree in animation or a related design field.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality motion graphics and animations to enhance the UI and make games more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.
Produce visual interactive outcomes to improve visual feedback during game actions.
Create animations with visual cues to guide players’ attention.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, managers, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to enhance games through visual storytelling.
Prepare final assets and specifications for development and oversee implementation to ensure quality execution.
Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while maintaining brand consistency.
