Jit is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to join a fintech initiative, focusing on building modern ML solutions. You will work remotely with monthly visits to Warsaw, Kraków, or Tricity, collaborating with data and engineering teams across Poland.

The role emphasizes deploying scalable ML platforms, applying best practices in CI/CD for ML, and contributing to cost-effective, reliable production systems with cutting-edge tech.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in MLOps or related platform engineering roles.
• 2+ years designing and operating production model serving infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Databricks for ML workloads and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Advanced Kubernetes and containerized environments experience.
• Practical MLflow experience for experiment tracking and deployment workflows.
