Job summary

Jit is seeking a Data Engineer to join a fintech initiative focused on building data solutions. You will work on Databricks/Spark-based pipelines and collaborate with teams across payments and financial services.

The role offers flexible hybrid work from Kraków, Warsaw or Tri-City with at least one day in the office per month, and participation in a growing Polish tech community with extensive learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Spark
• Good knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience with Databricks / Spark
• Familiarity with Kafka / Structured Streaming
• Experience with Airflow, dbt or CDC

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust data pipelines and analytics.
