Jit Team is hiring for a role focusing on building and maintaining advanced machine learning solutions for a fintech-related project. You will work with a team to cover data preparation, model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization in production environments.

The role emphasizes Python proficiency, experience with Databricks or Spark, and deployment of ML models with strong monitoring capabilities.

Salary: 120 - 150 PLN net + VAT/md
Remote: 1 day/month from the office (Warsaw, Krakow, Tricity)

Project

You will join a team responsible for developing and maintaining advanced Machine Learning solutions used at scale to support key business processes. The project covers the entire ML lifecycle, from data preparation and model development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization in production environments.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Machine LearningStrong knowledge of Python
• Experience building and training ML modelsGood understanding of SQL and working with data
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or Spark
• Experience deploying or maintaining ML solutions in production environments
