Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is looking for a Middle Office Specialist in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves providing operational support to MO Clients and ensuring smooth settlement of trades. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and SQL, and very good command of English.

The position offers private medical care and co-financing for a sports card. We are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Outlook, Excel, and SQL.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in financial markets.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to MO Clients by maintaining Static Data for funds.
• Prepare parametrization of daily and weekly/monthly reports.
• Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform daily trade monitoring and reconciliations.
• Reply to complex Client's queries and perform analysis of discrepancies.
• Ensure process compliance to minimize processing risk.

Skills

Experience in a similar role or industry
