Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp is seeking a technically strong MarTech/product-technology professional to bridge Marketing and Technology, translating business needs into viable technology solutions and guiding SaaS integrations, automation and AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with Marketing to define MVPs, prepare delivery estimates and coordinate across internal teams and vendors while ensuring security, privacy and governance. English proficiency is required and hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in MarTech, digital platforms or enterprise apps.
• Ability to translate business needs into feasible technology solutions.
• Practical understanding of SaaS APIs, integrations, data platforms and automation.
• Familiarity with AI use cases and governance.
• Experience estimating delivery effort, costs and dependencies.
• Experience with mixed delivery models including internal teams and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security and AI governance.
• Strong communication and ability to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing to understand needs and priorities.
• Translate ideas into use cases and solution options.
• Assess value and feasibility of data, SaaS integrations, automation and AI.
• Identify simpler or more cost-effective alternatives.
• Prepare high-level architecture, delivery estimates and cost ranges.
• Define MVPs and support investment decisions.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, vendors and providers.
• Lead at least one use case from discovery to production.
• Ensure security, privacy, compliance and architectural requirements.
• Contribute to costed MarTech roadmap.
