Job summary

Nordea is seeking a technically strong MarTech roles-focused professional to bridge marketing ideas with scalable technology solutions. You will evaluate data, SaaS integrations, automation and AI strategies while guiding initiatives from discovery through delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring security, privacy and architecture alignment. A hybrid working model and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in MarTech or digital platforms.
Experience translating business needs into feasible technology solutions.
Practical understanding of SaaS APIs, system integrations, data platforms and automation.
Familiarity with AI use cases and governance.
Experience estimating delivery effort, costs, dependencies and TCO.

Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
Translate ideas into use cases and options.
Assess value and feasibility of data, SaaS integrations, automation and AI projects.
Define MVPs and support investment decisions.
Coordinate delivery across internal teams and vendors.
Lead at least one use case from discovery to production.
Ensure security, privacy, compliance and architecture requirements.
