Nordea Bank Abp is seeking a technically strong MarTech professional to join Group Technology, bridging Marketing and Technology to evaluate data, SaaS, automation and AI initiatives. You will translate business needs into feasible tech solutions and lead selected use cases from discovery to production, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

You will ensure security, privacy and architectural integrity while contributing to a costed MarTech roadmap.

Competenze

Several years of experience inMarTech, digital platforms, enterprise applications or a similar area.
Experience translating business needs into feasible technology solutions.
Practical understanding of SaaS APIs, system integrations, data platforms and automation.
Familiarity with AI use cases and their practical limitations.
Experience estimating delivery effort, costs, dependencies and total cost of ownership.
Experience working with mixed delivery models involving internal teams and external suppliers.
Working knowledge of data privacy, security and AI governance.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
Professional proficiency in English.
Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, low-code platforms or prototyping tools would be an advantage.

Mansioni

Partner with Marketing stakeholders to understand their needs and strategic priorities.
Translate business ideas into clear use cases and solution options.
Assess the value and feasibility of initiatives involving data, SaaS integrations, automation and AI.
Challenge proposed solutions and identify simpler or more cost-effective alternatives.
Prepare high-level architecture, delivery estimates, cost ranges and dependency assessments.
Define MVPs and support investment decisions.
Coordinate delivery across internal teams, vendors and technology providers.
Lead at least one selected use case from discovery into production.
Ensure that proposed solutions meet security, privacy, compliance and architectural requirements.
Contribute to a realistic and costed MarTech roadmap.
