Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar architecture role within banking, financial services or another large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise and application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, data flows and non-functional requirements.
• Experience driving architectural analysis, solution design and decision-making across legacy and modern technology landscapes.
• Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, structured and decision-oriented way for both business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to define target and transition architectures for central ICB solutions across payments, core banking and integration domains.
• Translate business needs, regulatory expectations and technology strategy into clear architectural options and practical recommendations.
• Lead solution design for changes across legacy and modern technology landscapes, including platform assessments and modernisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, analysts, developers and operations colleagues across locations and value streams.
• Support delivery governance by preparing and reviewing architecture artefacts such as high-level designs, security input, solution documentation and implementation roadmaps.
