Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Warsaw is seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to lead clinical programming teams and support development, regulatory filings, and market approvals. You will design and implement robust programming solutions to analyze and report clinical data, partnering with GBDS and external vendors.

The role requires deep expertise in SAS/R, CDISC standards, and ADaM/TFLs, with strong collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science or life sciences required.
At least 7 years programming experience in industry including support of significant regulatory filings.
Proficient knowledge of drug development process, clinical trial methodology, regulatory guidance and statistics.
Broad expertise in statistical programming and developing computing strategies.
In-depth understanding of clinical data structure (CDISC) and relational databases.
Proficiency in using SAS, R or other programming languages to produce analysis datasets and TFLs and in using MS Office, XML, Pinnacle 21.

Responsibilities

Provides comprehensive programming leadership and support to clinical project teams and vendors, including deployment of programming strategies and standards.
Independently develops, validates, troubleshoots, and maintains complex programs and utilities.
Leads and supports electronic submission preparation and review.
Develops clear programming specifications (e.g. ADaM specifications) and ensures alignment with project objectives.
Reviews planning documents to ensure clarity and completeness of programming requirements; assesses robustness.
Communicates proactively about issues and risks and contributes to remediation.
