Woodward Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager – Industrialization to lead a team of Operations and Manufacturing engineers in a high-mix, low-volume setting. You will drive process improvements, validate production methods, and develop capital plans to boost productivity.

The role requires 15+ years in manufacturing engineering with 10+ years in leadership, plus expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0. On-site position in a technically advanced aerospace/electromechanical environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent people, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate engineers to perform beyond their comfort zone.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and formal problem solving tools.
• Significant understanding of production processes for electronics controllers and electromechanical actuators assembly and test in industrial and aero environment (preferable high mix, low volume).
• Understanding Industry 4.0.
• Experience with production transfers between sites will be a plus.

This role is responsible for team development, continuous improvement, test process optimization, and ensuring quality, productivity, and efficiency in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
