Job summary
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager, Joints Strategic Insights to lead data and analytics capabilities for the Orthopaedics team. This role partners with commercial, business, technology and functional leaders to enable scalable, standardized, and insight-driven processes across Joint Reconstruction.
Responsibilities include designing data models, dashboards, and governance; driving advanced analytics; translating complex data into executive-ready insights; and ensuring data
Qualifications
- 6–8 years in financial planning/analysis or related finance roles.
- Strong financial modeling, variance analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of data and analytics strategies to support business performance and growth.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to leverage data and insights for strategic priorities.
- Standardize data models, reporting frameworks, and dashboards for transparency.
- Drive development of advanced analytics, including predictive insights.
- Oversee data governance, quality, definitions and stewardship.
- Ensure alignment of data across geographies and commercial functions.
