• 4–6 years of category procurement, sourcing and contracting experience.
• 2–4 years direct team management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in pharma/biotech contracting and lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support source-to-contract operations across PDS categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFI/RFP) and negotiations.
• Develop deep knowledge of PDS categories, suppliers and processes.
• Collaborate with legal, cybersecurity, data privacy and quality teams.
• Drive contracting process improvements and template updates.
