Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement Agile Sourcing in Warsaw, Poland. You will lead end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and category management across PDS areas, coordinating with legal, cybersecurity, IT, and quality teams to drive compliant, value-driven procurement outcomes.

The role requires 4–6 years in procurement with leadership experience, and CLM tooling expertise (Icertis).

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. Sciences
• 4-6 years procurement, sourcing and contracting experience, incl. MSAs
• 2-4 years direct team leadership experience
• Procurement process, agreement management and financial/market analyses
• Contract drafting/negotiation in pharma/biotech
• Growth mindset, mentoring, and professional development
• Clear communication and customer focus
• Adaptability in complex, changing environments
• Strong cross-functional leadership across teams
• CLM tech experience (Icertis) to automate processes

Responsibilities

• Support source-to-contract operations across PDS categories
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting processes
• Develop in-depth knowledge of PDS categories, suppliers, and workflows
• Implement contract terms and SOPs; drive negotiations
• Coordinate with legal, Cybersecurity, IT, Data Privacy, Quality for contract facilitation
• Oversee pre-contracting steps and policy compliance
• Provide escalation support on sourcing and contracting issues
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and contracting performance
• Share best practices across Agile Sourcing teams
• Contribute to template updates and negotiation guidance
• Engage stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant contracting
