Bristol Myers Squibb Co is seeking a Senior Manager, PDS, Agile Sourcing to lead source-to-contract activities across key categories in Warsaw. You will guide cross-functional teams, implement contract terms, and manage complex sourcing events from RFI/RFP to final negotiations.

The role requires strong procurement leadership, contract expertise in pharma/biotech contexts, and collaboration with legal and IT teams to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement process, agreement management, financial analysis, market analysis, supplier analysis, and supplier diversity.
• Minimum 4–6 years procurement and contracting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Direct people management experience with mentoring and coaching capabilities.
• pharma/biotech industry contracting knowledge is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management technology (Icertis) to automate processes.

Responsabilités

• Support source-to-contract operations across PDS categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting process for operations.
• Manage complex sourcing events (RFI/RFP), negotiations and supplier evaluations.
• Collaborate with legal, cybersecurity, data privacy and other SMEs.
• Drive continuous improvement in contracting processes and templates.
