Qualifications

• Education: B.S./B.A. required; M.S./M.B.A. preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Clinical Development operations, supplier management, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish and operationalize a Center of Excellence for Clinical Development Procurement engagement.
• Develop and execute benchmarking approaches to assess engagement effectiveness.
• Lead in delivering measurable value through data-driven category strategies across assigned supplier portfolios.
• Partner with Category Leads to embed KPI-driven accountability and compliance in contractual arrangements.
• Support SRM governance and supplier scorecards, business reviews, and escalation protocols.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Clinical Development, Finance, Legal, and other partners.
