Job summary

R.Power in Warsaw is seeking a Senior M&A Associate to support end-to-end transaction processes (sell-side, JVs, buy-side) with the goal of independently leading full deals.

You will prepare term sheets and information memoranda, lead financial modelling, coordinate due diligence with cross-functional teams, and assist negotiations, requiring fluency in English and Polish. Hybrid work is offered at a modern office near the Politechnika metro.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&A from investment banking, financial advisory, an M&A boutique, investment fund, renewable energy developer, or IPP.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of financial modelling and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A processes throughout the entire transaction lifecycle (sell-side, JVs, buy-side) with the goal of becoming able to independently lead full transaction processes.
• Prepare term sheets, teasers, and information memoranda.
• Lead financial modelling activities during transaction processes.
• Prepare ongoing financial analyses and materials required for transaction execution.
• Support the management of external advisors, including legal, technical, and financial advisory firms.
• Coordinate due diligence processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide support to senior team members during negotiations of transaction documents.
