Qualifications

We are looking for ambitious persons to join our warehouse operations team. If you’re ready to lead, learn fast, and grow with us – this is your opportunity.

Your role:

• Support daily warehouse operations (safety, quality, productivity, cost)
• Solve real-time problems and coordinate across teams
• Manage resources and support team leaders
• Build a positive team culture

You fit if you have:

• Proficiency in Polish
• English – advanced level (B2/C1)
• Basic knowledge of Lean / Kaizen / 6S (nice to have)
• Availability to work in a shift system (day/night)
• Leadership potential – we’ll train the rest!
