Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), part of Dover Corporation, seeks a Logistics Manager to lead the warehouse and logistics operations in Poland. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory accuracy and material flow, ensuring timely supply to production lines and repair centers while optimizing processes.

You will manage external warehouses, coordinate shipping, and drive continuous improvement using Lean methods to enhance efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics.
• Minimum 5 years as a manager of a mid-size team (20+).
• Experience in transportation and import/export processes.
• Lean methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Good English skills (at least B2).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Warehouse and Logistics team, ensuring staffing, performance and continuity.
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, issuing and material control.
• Optimize warehouse capacity, infrastructure and material flows including Kardex and high-bay racking.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and SAP transaction integrity; cycle counting and annual inventory.
• Ensure material supply to Production and Repair Centers; manage internal material flows and Milk Run.
• Oversee shipping operations and coordinate with customers, customs and transport.
• Supervise Logistics and Customer Service activities; coordinate with Sales, Production and Planning.
• Own and improve logistics and warehouse KPIs; implement corrective actions and Lean initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction across end-to-end material flow.
