Bosch Polska is seeking an Automation Engineer to automate and optimize Linux server and cloud operations. You will drive API-driven automation and manage OS installation, hardening, patching, and upgrades across a massive infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Electrical/Electronics, or a similar technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Linux server administration in a large-scale environment.
- 3+ years of Ansible script development and knowledge of the Ansible Automation Platform.
- Experience with API-driven automation and infrastructure setup.
- Strong ITIL, DevOps, CI/CD principles understanding.
- Experience with enterprise patch management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and drive automation for RHEL server and cloud services.
- Implement API-driven automations for global Linux and Cloud operations.
- Design end-to-end automation for OS installation, hardening, patching, upgrades.
- Improve IT operations across Incident, Problem, Change, and CM.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and secure coding practices.
- Collaborate with IT/DevOps on security best practices for Linux/Unix.
- Ensure high availability and enhance monitoring capabilities.
