Job summary

HCLTech in Poland is seeking a seasoned Linux professional to master Linux internals, system configuration and hardening across RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/SUSE, and to design secure, scalable Linux environments that power our global services.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage filesystems, LVM, RAID, networking and boot loaders, and collaborate with global teams in a virtual-first setup that values growth and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Linux internals (process management, memory, kernel concepts).
• Expertise in system configuration & hardening across RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/SUSE.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing filesystems, LVM, RAID, networking, boot loaders.
• Capability to design and manage secure, scalable Linux environments.
