Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics Consulting with a strong Life Sciences background to help customers create information strategies, design data platforms, and drive data‑driven transformation. You will lead a team of analysts and engineers, collaborate with Solution Architects, and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver MVPs and strategic roadmaps.

You will mentor teams, manage engagements, and own presales activities in the Healthcare vertical, with opportunities to work

Qualifications

7+ years of total experience in data and analytics domain.
3+ years in management, delivery, consulting, or presales roles.
5+ years in the Life Science industry or working with Life Science clients.
Experience in working with senior business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Engage with customer business stakeholders to discover Data & Analytics opportunities.
Lead and challenge team members and customers to create great strategies and solutions.
Map customer vision & requirements to specific products and components.
Act as a data advocate and work to remove business, technical and political roadblocks.
Mentor and coach clients and team members in data & analytics best practices.
Manage consulting engagements, overall delivery and the quality of the output.
Own and drive Data & Analytics presale activities in the Healthcare vertical.
