TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a Travel Visa Manager to spearhead end-to-end visa processes for employees and business travelers. The role involves coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with multi-country visa rules, and communicating with embassies and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of travel management experience, fluent Russian and English, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in travel management or a related field.
• Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in organizing and managing corporate travel and visa processes.
• Ability to travel on a monthly basis.
• Active visa with no travel restrictions or related issues.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Empathetic and service-oriented mindset.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience working with international teams or global mobility.
• Knowledge of visa regulations across multiple regions.
