Job summary

Valmet is looking for a Senior Lead Engineer, Process Engineering, to lead new delivery projects and support service assignments for local customers in the Energy Boiler Solutions Technology Unit. You will develop and deliver high-quality process engineering solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability of energy plants.

You will act as a technical expert for fluidized bed boiler and gasification systems, collaborate in sales phases to define concepts, and guide project

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in thermal, energy and environmental, chemical, or process engineering.
Expertise in combustion, boiler processes and auxiliary systems and equipment.
Previous experience in a similar industry role valued.
Excellent English; Polish, Finnish, German languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel globally for 20–40 days per year (focus countries Poland, Germany, Czech).
Systematic, prioritizes effectively, and thrives in dynamic project environments.
