Job summary
Coupa is seeking a Sr Lead DevOps Pipeline Engineer to architect and optimize the CI/CD ecosystem powering our multi-cluster Kubernetes infrastructure. You will design automated, secure deployment pathways that enable our developers to ship code rapidly and reliably across 140+ clusters.
You will drive GitOps adoption with ArgoCD or Flux, integrate security checks and quality gates, and mentor engineers on best practices.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience designing and managing enterprise CI/CD pipelines for microservices.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable, secure CI/CD pipelines for an enterprise Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Drive GitOps adoption using ArgoCD or Flux for automated deployments.
- Optimize pipeline performance and reduce bottlenecks and manual steps in release processes.
- Integrate security scanning, quality gates, and observability into pipelines.
- Collaborate with Platform and Software Engineering teams for smooth integration with containers.
- Mentor engineers on DevOps best practices and GitOps paradigms.
