Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to engineer and operate production-grade Kubernetes platforms. You will build workloads, Helm/Kustomize patterns, and manage GitOps with Flux/Argo CD while improving CI/CD pipelines across AWS and hybrid environments.

You will collaborate with security, software, and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure and mentor peers in Kubernetes, GitOps, and incident response practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes production experience with scalable platforms.
• Strong GitOps experience using Flux or Argo CD.
• Proficient in CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Experience with Helm and Kustomize for workload delivery.
• Linux, networking, and troubleshooting skills across cloud.
• Cloud experience (AWS) including EKS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, S3.
• IaC using Terraform or similar tools; scripting in Bash/Python/Go.
• Observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and improve production-grade Kubernetes platforms.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes workloads, Helm charts, and deployment patterns.
• Implement and support GitOps workflows using Flux or Argo CD.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable, secure delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot production issues across layers.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring and incident response.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and hybrid environments.
• Mentor engineers on Kubernetes, DevOps, and production practices.
