Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering focused on robust systems.
• Strong backend with Java and Spring Boot or Micronaut.
• Frontend debugging with React or modern frameworks.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Excellent Polish and English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the support team (L3 level).
• Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure stability, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze root causes of incidents and implement long-term fixes.
• Work across backend (Java) and frontend (React) components to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address bugs and improve system behavior.
• Review logs, metrics, and system behavior to proactively detect potential problems.
• Support production systems by handling advanced technical issues escalated beyond standard support scope.
• Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, AI-driven troubleshooting, and operational processes.
• Contribute to performance tuning and system optimization efforts.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth operation.
• Document known issues, solutions, and troubleshooting processes.
• Share knowledge with internal teams to improve support efficiency.
