Job summary

Luxoft in Poland is seeking a senior Java lead to rewrite an enterprise platform using Angular, Java, and Spring. You will join an Agile team focused on designing modern architecture and delivering a faster, more stable, scalable solution.

Responsibilities include leading the team, designing and developing scalable Java applications, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps to ensure performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Team lead experience 3+ years
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+)
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot
• Experience with SQL databases
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito)
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams
