Job summary

Coforge Kraków is seeking a Java Tech Lead with a strong backend focus and intermediate SRE/DevOps experience. You will mentor engineers, drive hands-on development, and collaborate with Principal Engineers and the Head of Engineering to keep backend systems robust and scalable.

You will shape architecture, promote best practices, and oversee CI/CD, testing, and deployment strategies while sustaining a high-performance, high-trust team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong backend Java leadership with hands-on development and mentorship.
• Experience with SRE/DevOps practices and cloud deployments (AWS).
• Excellent knowledge of modern architecture (microservices, modular monolith).
• Ability to design scalable systems and lead engineering teams.

Responsibilities
