Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking an experienced backend engineer to design and develop robust services for real-time trading platforms. You will collaborate with traders, quants, and business experts to deliver scalable features across global hubs in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• MSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of production-grade software experience.
• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and concurrency.
• Knowledge of equity derivatives or trading concepts is a plus.
• Experience in financial markets or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to build modular, testable, and maintainable systems.
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Git, and SQL.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Readiness to travel to Belgium.

The expected salary for this position:

9 600 - 16 000 PLN - Engineer III
13 000 - 22 000 PLN - Engineer IV
