Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, collaborating with development teams and client stakeholders to ship production-ready solutions in security, reliability, and modernization domains.

You will modernize Java and Spring apps, containerize with Docker, enhance CI/CD pipelines, improve observability, and contribute to engineering standards. Strong hands-on coding across Java, JVM, and open systems is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering with Java/JVM and Spring, able to write, review and deploy code.
• Experience modernizing and supporting production applications across DevOps and security domains.
• TypeScript experience is a plus for selected projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives from requirements to post-production stabilization.
• Collaborate with development teams and client stakeholders to deliver reliable production-ready solutions.
• Assess code, dependencies, CI/CD pipelines, observability and operational risks.
• Write, debug, review and improve production-quality code and configurations.
• Improve Git workflows, code reviews and delivery quality.
• Containerize applications with Docker and support OpenShift deployments.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for repeatable releases.
