Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to enhance security, release reliability, and resilience of banking applications. You will lead hands-on engagements, modernize legacy stacks, containerize apps, and drive CI/CD improvements across Java, Spring, and Node.js ecosystems.

Role requires deep coding experience, collaboration with client teams, and deployment to production environments with observable patterns and secure practices.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on software engineering with production code involvement.
• Strong Java/JVM and Spring expertise; TypeScript is a plus for Node.js projects.
• Experience with TDD across multiple testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead targeted engagements addressing security, testing, release, resilience, and legacy tech challenges.
• Assess code, dependencies, runtime environment, and deployment architecture.
• Write and review production code and configurations; define remediation plans with priorities.
