Job summary

Luxoft Poland is partnering with a client in the banking and capital markets space to build a centralized, in-house sales and trading platform. The goal is to create a one-stop experience across three business lines, with aligned back-end workflows and infrastructure.

The team designs and develops scalable Java-based applications, leads tasks, and collaborates with cross-functional groups to deliver new features, review code, and document designs and test plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Java development experience with strong core Java skills.
• At least 5 years in a team lead/technical lead role.
• Experience clarifying technical requirements and assigning team tasks.
• Proven experience with databases and service integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and services.
• Allocate tasks and prioritize work within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship features.
• Troubleshoot issues in development and test environments.
• Review code and contribute to testing best practices.
• Document technical designs, test plans, and procedures.
