Job summary

Luxoft seeks a senior Java backend engineer to join a Regulatory Reporting Platform for a major US investment bank. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and reporting logic handling data from multiple sources to support regulatory reports across 240 jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial Java backend experience
• Ability to design scalable, high-performance services
• Strong SQL knowledge and handling large datasets from multiple sources

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions for a large-scale Regulatory Reporting Platform
• Build and enhance data processing pipelines using Java and Apache Spark
• Implement scalable data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment from multiple sources
• Develop and optimize batch processing jobs to generate regulatory reports across jurisdictions
• Ensure data quality, validation, and reconciliation throughout the reporting lifecycle
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams in an agile setup
